Advertising is misleading. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max that needs the back housing of the phone and glass replaced. Their website claims that they repair both iPhones and iPads which, when you going to schedule an appointment, forces you to choose if you have a problem with an iPhone, or an iPad. When I picked up the phone and give them a call after scheduling a repair, which I did not get a quote or a price estimate for, the representative explained to me that they only repaired the front glass and LCD screens of IPhones, just not of my iPhone model. On their website, it literally gives you the option of choosing which iPhone model are you need to be repaired as far back as iPhone 6. The rep also told me they did not do the housing or the back glass of iPhones either. I asked what service is there a company did provide, and I was told that they serviced iPhones needing battery repairs and select hardware/internal issues. I immediately inquired about what they were charging to replace or repair my battery, and they told me that they were not providing that service right now…. When I inquired about iPads, considering there’s a clear option on their website when going to book an appointment, he said that we don’t do iPads right now… Basically, go somewhere else unless you have the front screen and LCD of your iPhone broken if it’s a iPhone 12 or later model. That’s all that they do. They also don’t unlock Sim cards. Very misleading, extremely limited, didn’t give me a quote or price estimate, false advertising, etc. Not really sure why this place is up and running considering anybody can replace their own LCD and front glass of their iPhones at home for cheap using replacement parts off of Amazon. I was disappointed when speaking with a representative, as there is literally nothing they can do including referring me to another repair shop which would be able to meet my needs.
