Welcome to iFixOrlando, your trusted mobile cellphone repair company. Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both our customers and iFixOrlando. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Service Description
iFixOrlando specializes in the repair and maintenance of mobile cellphones, including but not limited to screen replacements, battery replacements, and other related services.
2. Pricing
Our pricing is determined by the specific repair needed and the cost of replacement parts. Customers will be provided with an estimate before any work begins. All prices are inclusive of labor and parts.
3. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on all repair services, as outlined in our separate Warranty Policy. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the service provided, and it does not cover damage caused by user mishandling.
Warranty Terms:
A limited 1-year warranty is extended to cover all repairs and replacement parts provided by iFixOrlando.
Warranty Covers:
The warranty applies exclusively to parts replaced by iFixOrlando during the repair process. It covers defects attributed to our workmanship and the quality of parts we supply.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
The warranty does not encompass damages such as cracks, physical harm to both external and internal components of the repaired device. It also excludes damage caused by moisture, liquid exposure, extreme humidity, sand, food, dirt, or similar substances. Please be aware that any part replaced by iFixOrlando will bear our unique store warranty sticker or identification. In the event that this sticker or identification has been tampered with, deleted, duplicated, removed, or rendered illegible, iFixOrlando retains the right to decline any warranty-related repairs at no cost.
4. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the device, its issues, and any previous repairs or modifications. Failure to do so may affect the repair process and pricing.
5. Privacy and Data
iFixOrlando respects customer privacy and confidentiality. We take precautions to protect your personal data and information on your device. However, we are not responsible for data loss during the repair process, so we strongly advise customers to back up their data before submitting their device.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods. We do not store credit card information and use secure payment processing.
All purchases are considered as conclusive transactions. Returns are solely accepted in cases where the item is found to be defective and cannot be repaired or replaced. It’s important to note that returns are not applicable to parts that have been purchased without installation. In instances of defects or malfunctions, we exclusively offer replacements. In order to qualify for a replacement, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was originally received.
7. Appointment Scheduling
We recommend scheduling an appointment with iFixOrlando for repair services. Walk-in customers are welcome, but scheduled appointments will be given priority.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
9. Limitation of Liability
iFixOrlando will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion if we believe it is in the best interest of iFixOrlando.
iFixOrlando reserves the authority to decline non-cost warranty repairs or replacements in the event of non-compliance with any of the warranty terms. Please note that our warranty does not cover parts provided by the customer, and iFixOrlando cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing device issues unrelated to the specific repair request. Additionally, we do not assume liability for any loss of data or personal information that may occur during the repair process. Furthermore, it is essential for customers to retain and manage their login information, passwords, locks, iCloud access, and related security measures as iFixOrlando cannot assist in recovering or managing these credentials.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
iFixOrlando may update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of changes, and it is their responsibility to review the updated terms.
